TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Due to the extreme unpredictability of animals, All Paws Pet Service and our Representatives can not be held responsible for any unusual mishaps (i.e., Pet escaping from a garden, biting, eating or destroying household items, pet's refusal to take medication, damage to inside/outside of home, personal injury/accidental death). All Paws Pet Service Accepts no responsibility for any injury or illness incurred to pets outside of arranged visits. If Client requests pet(s) to have outside access, or off lead walks the Client releases All Paws Pet Service and our Representatives from all liability for loss, injury or death to pet(s). Client is liable for any injury or damage to Third Parties. All Pets are required to wear ID tags with contact details of owner. If pet has any behavior issues eg chewing /eating of inedible items, uncontrollable digging, etc. All Paws representative must be made aware but accepts no responsibility for damage to property or health issues resulting in such behavior.
All Pets in the care of All Paws Pet Service must have up to date vaccinations, worm, flea, tick, ear mite treatments. All pets must be fully house trained and undergo a trial day before being accepted for boarding at All Paws.
Visit times are approximate and subject to change based on the needs of all pets under All Paws Pet Services care. All Paws Pet Service is entrusted to use best judgment in caring for pet(s) and home, in the event of an emergency situation. All Paws Pet Service and our Representatives will be held harmless for consequences related to such decisions.
In the event of injury or illness of your Pet Sitter, or other emergency circumstances where duties are unable to be performed, Client authorities All Paws Pet Service to arrange for a back-up sitter to take over duties.
Although all reasonable efforts will be made to provide the agreed upon services, inclement weather (e.g., snow or ice), national emergencies, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control may delay or prevent any Pet Sitter's visit(s). In such a case, Client and/or the emergency contact person will be notified so that other arrangements can be made, if necessary.
All Paws Pet Service reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time before or during its term if All Paws Pet Service determines that the Client's pet poses a danger to the health or safety of herself/himself or others. If concerns prohibit All Paws Pet Service from caring for pet, Client authorizes pet to be placed in alternative care with all charges to be charged to Client.
All Paws Pet Service and our Representatives agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against All Paws Pet Service EXCEPT those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of All Paws Pet Service and our Representatives.
In the event that All Paws Pet Services representative is injured, or any other animals are hurt or injured by clients pet(s), while All Paws Pet Service are caring for or transporting clients pet, the client will be responsible for all costs, as long as all necessary precautions were taken.Eg separate crates during transport.
If Client Gives consent to off lead walks All Paws Pet service will not be held responsible for any injury incurred to or caused by your pet due to the unpredictability of animals.
I authorize the representative of All Paws Pet Service to use my house key(s) during the time he/she will be caring for my pet(s. You must provide two sets of keys. One will be kept by your Pet Sitter/Dog Walker, the other will be held at location of All Paws Pet Service base.
All Paws Pet service and its representatives accept no responsibility for any lost or missing household items and all valuables must be locked away safely. All Paws Pet Service representatives takes no responsibilities of any issues which arise when there are other key holders visiting the premises.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the Client shall settle invoices within maximum of thirty days of the date of the invoices.
Changes in or to an Assignment can result in an adjustment of the agreed fee and/or original planning and delivery time. Any such adjustments do not constitute grounds for the dissolution of the agreement.
A surcharge may be applied in addition to the service delivery charge, if the location of the task is deemed to be outside of the parameter/radius of 10km

0-9 KM €0.00 charge, 10-20KM- €2.50, 20-25KM -€5
All prices quoted exclude a surcharge that may be applicable for holiday visits. For example:
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, St. Stephen's Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day uplift 100%.
Cancellations require a 48-hour notice period .
allpawspetservice.com website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing Terms and Conditions. By using the Services you agree that the posting of new or revised Terms and Conditions on the website will constitute adequate and constructive notice to you of any and all revisions and changes. Continued use of the Services after any such changes or after explicitly accepting the new terms upon logging into the website shall constitute your consent to such changes and you agree to be bound by them as of that date of the modification.
If Owner or emergency contact cannot be reached All Paws Pet sitter has full authorization to Take Clients Pet(s) to Closest local vet. All Vet expenses will be paid by me the Client.
